The Tangmere Flight met at the Bader Arms,Tangemere, for their Christmas Lunch. Guest of honour was Wing Commander Peter Ayerst, DFC, accompanied by Val Leggett.
Peter is one of the Society's most active Patrons and he entertained us with a chat about his life in the RAF plus a few very funny stories.
The Tangmere Flight would like to thank Peter for accepeting our invitation and coming all the way down to West Sussex to be with us on that festive occasion.
We would also like to thank June at the Bader Arms for providing us with a lovely lunch, and thanks to everyone who attended to make it such a worthwhile gathering.
